Friends of the Rosary,
Never give up praying the Rosary, especially in these uncertain political times. People can discourage us by saying that we look like uneducated old-women or even fanatic people. Some will say that it’s not a bad devotion when you have the time. Others will argue that a number of saints never followed it.
The enemies of the Holy Rosary are numerous. We even find enemies within the Church.
More dangerously, our bodily senses might dishearten us. Stay vigilant of distress, distractions of the mind, dryness of the heart, and exhaustion.
Friends, the devil wants us to give up.
The Holy Trinity delights when we say the Rosary and the Virgin Mary is happier than we can possibly guess, according to what she revealed to Blessed Alain de la Roche.
